"It's the expression of pure, simple imperfection of handmade pottery."

Andrew Killick is the potter and craftsman behind Laughing Pottery.

Learning the craft has taken years. No stranger to the potter’s wheel, Andrew comes from a family background rich with experience and expertise. “Pottery for me is a creative listening art. The clay forms and speaks in my hands, teaching me as I go. It’s a tactile art form that allows me to flow with creativity while adhering to simple architect and design principles.” These hand-crafted pieces take time to emerge, often crafted, glazed and fired many times over before it reaches completion.

My work is a great balance of quality and art, it is the expression of the pure, simple imperfection of handmade pottery.

I create one off pieces, dinnerware sets, commissions and orders for restaurants and businesses.
